The challenge: defragmentation and interconnectedness in the envelope realization

The renovation of the Energoproekt facades is an excellent example of defragmentation of the façade building process. Escana AD achieved great results as a fabricator of the glazing and installing all facade building materials.

By using BILDA, Escana completed the envelope without hiring specialized subcontractors for the different materials. This led to much simpler coordination and less issues with the interface areas. Thus the defragmentation of the envelope process was achieved. Escana AD achieved excellent results in budget and schedule. Thanks to the universality of BILDA Rainscreen System and its user-friendliness for all kinds of envelope installers.
