BILDA at Marmomac 2021: Our participation in a nutshell

Many visitors, many friends, new connections, and a premiere of our newest thermal efficiency and fire protection innovations. This is how we can briefly describe the participation of BILDA Rainscreen/Ventilated Cladding System at Marmomac Fair 2021. After long time of COVID-19 restrictions, our team returned to our usual booth to answer questions and to discuss new projects.

We are glad to be back in person with our clients, to explore new business opportunities and to catch up with friends from the industry! Our participation at Marmomac was very positive and we can’t wait get back here, in Verona, next year!”, said Damian Stoyanov.

What was our highlight?

This year BILDA was at Marmomac with a focus on thermal performance and fire safety – our latest innovations and already existing features:

Minimized points of contact to building, allowing for perfect continuous insulation (CI);
Bimetal, thermally broken brackets for further improvement of thermal performance of claddings;
Secondary light substructure, supporting the insulation panels non-invasively and facilitating firestop sectorisation.

Our preliminary calculations and modelling show 15-20% better thermal performance of claddings, installed with BILDA. Our CEO Arch. Damian Stoyanov was there to present the novelties.

What we are well-known for?

The exhibition also offered us to showcase our well-known universal fixing rainscreen system, that benefits all stakeholders in the envelope process. It significantly lowers the installation steps, saves installation and labour time, has excellent strength-to-cost ratio, and provides the opportunity to work with thinner cladding panels of any material. What else did we showcase?

Nonetheless, our visitors had the chance to understand how our patented slotting and milling machines work. Designed for high precision and productivity, they attract with simplicity, easy operations with minimal technical training and fast return of the initial investment.
